Reflexology is a natural non-invasive holistic therapy that targets reflex points on the feet and hands using acupressure or finger pressure techniques.  It is based on the principle that these reflex points correspond to different organs and systems in the body, stimulating them triggers an automatic body response through the nervous system, helping to bring the body into a state of deep relaxation where it can "rest and repair".

Yes, PEMF therapy is a non-invasive and FDA approved therapy that is safe for most people. However, it is important to note that PEMF won’t be possible if you have any implanted medical devices that are NOT removable.  Example: pacemaker, cochlear implant 

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on the individual and their condition. Some people feel relief after just one session, while others may require multiple sessions. 

Does if hurt? 

PEMF therapy is completely painless. Most clients find the sessions relaxing and calming. 

Is PEMF covered through extended health benefits?

PEMF is not covered through extended health benefits, it may be covered through an HSA or PSA, please check with your Service Provider.  At the end of the day, you deserve to feel healthier regardless.  

Is PEMF therapy regulated in NB?

Currently PEMF is not regulated in NB, but I am a certified member of the AOPP, one of the biggest associations of PEMF practitioners from all over the world, you can check out my listing on their website below. PEMF therapy is FDA approved for bone fractures, wound healing, pain, tissue swelling and depression. PEMF is a medical device approved and certified by Health Canada to help with aches, pain, and improving blood circulation.
